Kyiv is a capital of independent Ukraine. Its administrative, economic, scientific, cultural and educational center. Kyiv has good hotel infrastructure after EURO-2012. A lot of hotels and hostels of different levels are situated in Kyiv’s downtown near O.V. Fomin Botanical Garden, central buildings of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and M.G. Kholodny Institute of Botany of NAS of Ukraine.

Kyiv has two International Airports:
Boryspil - kbp.aero/en. It is situated about 30 km from city. Round-the-clock the special buses run between airport terminals and Central Railway Station in Kyiv which is situated near O.V. Fomin Botanical Garden
Kyiv (former name - Zhyliany) - airport.kiev.ua/en. It is situated in borders of the city. The airport has good connection with Kyiv’s downtown - city bus, trolleybus, taxi.
Ukrainian railway is good transport for travel from neighboring countries (Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary) - uz.gov.ua/en
